Rooted + Rising: Therapeutic Circle for Teen Girls
Adolescence is loud, fast, and pressure-filled. This 10-week therapeutic group offers something different — a steady, relational space where teen girls can slow down, feel seen, and grow.
Group is facilitated by Abigail Hunter, LCSW and will run for 10 weeks on Sunday afternoons, in person at the Wild Oak Therapy office.

From Conflict to Connection: Co-Parenting Through Divorce
Tiffany Allen, LCSW, and I are teaming up to present a series of virtual workshops designed to support co-parents navigating separation, divorce, and post-divorce, focusing on co-parenting best practices and how co-parents can set their kids up to thrive.
Our first workshop, "From Conflict to Connection: Co-Parenting Through Divorce" will be held on Friday, June 20th, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Zoom. We'll cover foundational co-parenting techniques and discuss how to communicate with children effectively during this time, ultimately aiming to set families up for success from a child-centered perspective. More topics to come such as child development and stress indicators, conflict resolution strategies, etc.
