I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist—an LCSW-S (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Supervisor)—and I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, and major life changes. Through diving deep into the intersections of loss, resiliency, and life, clients (kids, teens, and adults) who work with me develop self-compassion and a sense of being seen, known, and understood. I’m emphatic about listening to your body, mindfulness, exploring the stories we tell ourselves, and rebuilding safety within yourself.

As a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist, I really get the impact of a loud inner critic, and together we can heal your relationships to that critic and all the other powerful parts of yourself. As a fellow parent and former teacher, we’ll work collaboratively to problem solve in parent coaching. I also have extensive experience with teens and adults, including life changes, relationship troubles, trauma, and terminal illness. Together, we can journey through all the types of loss and healing that life can bring.

I’ve lived in Texas most of my life, and in Austin for the last 7 years. On the weekends, you can find me trying to read 3 books at a time, running the trails, attempting to train my cat, or watching Gilmore Girls with my daughters.
