I’m Hannah, a licensed master social worker (LMSW) in Austin, Texas, offering warm, relational, trauma-informed therapy for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, grief and loss, depression, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection.
My approach is thoughtful and attuned, creating space to slow down and gently explore what you’re carrying, whether that’s ongoing worry, sadness, self-doubt, or the sense that something in your life no longer fits the way it used to. Together, we work to build insight, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, helping you feel more connected to yourself and more steady in your relationships.
I especially enjoy supporting:
Teens and young adults navigating anxiety, identity development, and emotional overwhelm
Adults processing grief, loss, or complicated life transitions
Clients experiencing depression or low self-worth who want a supportive, nonjudgmental space
Individuals exploring identity, meaning, and personal growth
Highly reflective or sensitive people who benefit from a slower, more intentional therapeutic pace
I draw from relational therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care, always honoring each client’s unique pace and lived experience. Therapy with me is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity and care.
I previously worked as a counselor at LifeWorks and Jewish Family Service. Before moving to Austin for graduate school, I developed volunteer programming for hospice and youth development organizations. I have a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, and a dual Bachelors of Arts in English Language & Literature and Psychology from Arizona State University. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy time outdoors, reading, and moments of quiet reflection—practices that inform the calm, grounded presence I bring into sessions.
