Rooted + Rising (an 8-week therapeutic circle for teen girls)

Adolescence is loud, fast, and pressure-filled. This group offers something different — a steady, relational space where teen girls can slow down, feel seen, and grow.

Over 10 weeks, facilitated by our resident teen whisperer Abigail Hunter, LCSW, participants will:

• Strengthen identity beyond performance and social media

• Build healthy friendship and communication skills

• Develop tools for managing anxiety, shame, and overwhelm

• Practice boundaries, consent, and self-advocacy

• Explore body image, digital habits, and perfectionism

• Deepen connection to intuition and inner authority

• Experience belonging — not just “fitting in”

Through guided discussion and processing, experiential exercises, mindfulness practices, journaling, and creative projects, girls leave more grounded, confident, and connected.

Sundays 3:30pm - 4:30pm
