Hi! I'm Jenn and I’m glad you found your way here. I’m an LMSW psychotherapist working toward my LCSW. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and questions around identity—political, religious, gender, race, and everything in between.

I bring over 15 years of experience in criminal justice reform and community-based work to my clinical practice. My approach is grounded in the belief that individual healing and systemic change are interconnected, recognizing that personal struggles don't exist in isolation from the world around us. Using CBT and DBT-based approaches, I create space for people to explore and validate their authentic selves. I offer practical tools for managing difficult emotions, while also exploring the deeper patterns and beliefs that keep us stuck. I have particular experience working with men, especially those new to therapy and navigating cultural messages about vulnerability and masculinity.

I'm originally from Houston and spent 20 years living and working in New York City before returning to Texas. Moving between these worlds required me to examine and reconstruct my own sense of identity in ways that were often uncomfortable and ultimately transformative. That experience shapes how I work with clients—I understand what it means to outgrow the narratives you were given, to hold identities that feel at odds with your environment, and to build a life that reflects who you actually are rather than who you were expected to be.

In our work together, I create a collaborative, humorous, creative, and warm space where we can slow down and make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you.

Outside of session, you'll find me on long city walks, hiking, dancing, and scouting out the best cup of coffee.
