Hi! I'm Jenn and I’m glad you found your way here. I’m an LMSW psychotherapist working with adults and young people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and questions around identity—political, religious, gender, race, and everything in between.

I use CBT and DBT-based approaches, which means we don't just talk about your struggles—we identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build real skills you can use when anxiety spikes, emotions feel too big, or your brain is telling you stories that aren't serving you. I bring over 15 years of experience in criminal justice reform and community-based work to my clinical practice. I believe therapy should be a space to work through both your personal struggles and tensions with the world around you. As you build a stronger, healthier relationship with yourself, you naturally develop more capacity to recognize, confront, and reshape what's around you—your relationships, environments, and the harmful dynamics you didn't choose. I have particular experience working with men, especially those new to therapy and navigating their relationship with emotions, vulnerability and masculinity.

I'm originally from Houston and spent 20 years living and working in New York City before returning to Texas. Moving between these worlds required me to examine and reconstruct my own sense of identity in ways that were often uncomfortable and ultimately transformative. That experience shapes how I work with clients—I understand what it means to outgrow the narratives you were given, to hold identities that feel at odds with your environment, and to build a life that reflects who you actually are rather than who you were expected to be.

In our work together, I create a collaborative, humorous, creative, and warm space where we can slow down and make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you.

Outside of session, you'll find me on long city walks, hiking, dancing, and scouting out the best cup of coffee.
